The generational legacy behind FTJ’S mission

In a world often driven by material pursuits, there exists a home where love flows as freely as the purrs and barks of 40 cats and dogs that reside there. Meet Shivani, an Architect, Animal rights activist, and the founder of FTJ(Feed the Janwars),an initiative that has become a beacon of hope and compassion for countless animals.

FTJ is a living legacy of a family whose love for pets has spanned generations. Raised by parents who believed in kindness as a way of life, Shivani continues to inspire thousands by feeding not just animals but the soul of humanity.

The story of FTJ began long before Shivani took her first steps. Her parents inspired her since childhood where she witnessed their care for animals with unwavering dedication, a passion passed down by her grandmother and this generational love for pets is filled with compassion, empathy and responsibility.

Stepping into Shivani’s home is like stepping into another world where cats lounge on sunny windowsills and dogs nap peacefully in cozy corners and Shivani shares, “Our home may not be huge, but our hearts are” which encapsulates the essense of her mission.

“FTJ is a deep desire to make a difference, not just in the lives of animals but in the hearts of people”. Unlike many organizations, it’s not run on donations and everything is funded personally by Shivani. “I  want people to donate their time and their love, that’s all the pets need.”

Each act of kindness, no matter how small, ignites immense positivity and Shivani inspires us to look beyond ourselves and invest in the well-being of pets.

Shivani feels, she will follow her passion even if she is not around tomorrow and she dreams of a world where every stray finds a loving home along with feeding fur babies worldwide and through her actions, she is “feeding the world with compassion, one heart at a time” and with that Shivani signs off for Pawsayur.
